Reformer Your Way

The Classes

Designed by us, for you. Whatever your ability, need or desire, we have a class for you. Not sure where you fit? Speak to us.

1. Induction

An hour-long Induction class where our instructors will introduce you to the studio and explain how the Reformer operates and how to set it up safely. You will then be taken through a variety of fundamental Reformer Pilates exercises so you can discover how it feels for you.

2. Gentle

Improve your flexibility and gain deep stretch with this slow and controlled class. Low impact and easy on joints, suitable for all levels including beginners and those with injury.

3. Classic

This class combines classical and modern Reformer Pilates exercises to create a full-body workout that leaves clients feeling both strengthened and lengthened. Instructors will provide modifications and progressions to suit different abilities, but we do strongly recommend attending our Induction and Gentle classes first if you are new to Reformer Pilates.

4. Cardio Bounce Blend

This is a high-energy, uplifting class that's designed to get heart rates pumping by incorporating intermittent sets of bounces using our Cardio Tramps with regular Reformer Pilates exercises. Working all areas of the body, you are sure to leave this class feeling totally energised… and a little sweaty! This class is not recommended for beginners.

5. Sculpt

This class - for experienced Reformer clients only - contains more movements from the advanced Reformer repertoire. Props may be used to increase intensity. Reformer Sculpt provides a full body workout incorporating sculpting, lengthening and toning of muscles.

6. Pre/Postnatal

Our Pre/Postnatal class is designed for mums-to-be or postpartum mums who are looking to stretch and strengthen. Exercises are tailored to suit pre/postnatal bodies and can all be modified for individual needs. Postnatal clients must have had sign-off from a doctor to exercise before attending this class.

7. Sculpt Express

This express workout delivers all the challenge of our Sculpt classes but in a 45-minute session, offering the ideal opportunity for a lunch break blast! Featuring a combination of classical and contemporary Reformer Pilates exercises, each week the class will focus on a different area of the body to deepen the impact of the workout.

8. Over 65s Active Living Class
