£60 for three classes. This package is designed for complete novices or those who require a reintroduction to the Reformer after a few years away. The aim is to ensure all new clients feel safe and comfortable on the equipment, enabling you to gain the maximum benefit from each class. Your first class in this plan will be a 50-minute induction where our instructors will give you a tour of the studio and provide a full introduction to the Reformer, props and safe set-up of the machine. You will learn how the Reformer functions and gain an understanding of the fundamental Pilates exercises we practise. We then recommend booking the Gentle class for your two further sessions, although you can attend the Classic class if you feel confident enough at this stage. Please note: The Introduction to Reformer Pass is valid for our Induction, Gentle and Classic classes – it expires 14 days following your induction session. Open to new clients only and can only be used once.
